Disgusting Service from Edgar's

I had paid off and closed my account last November (2020) and requested that the proof of account closure letter be emailed to me. I received nothing. I called in December, January and still nothing. When I called in February I was told that there's outstanding admin charges which is utterly ridiculous cause in November I called and got a closing balance and paid it in full. Nevertheless, I paid the charges and requested the closure letter. I called 2 days ago and I'm still awaiting the closure letter. It is utterly disgusting to get service like this. So much effort and I'm still awaiting an account closure letter? How difficult is it for Edgar's to do their job properly? Let alone all the calls I have made and wasted my airtime. I demand the letter be Emailed to me latest tomorrow cause this is absolutely ridiculous! My account is CLOSED. I just want the letter stating that it is CLOSED.
