disgusting service.

for 6 months I have been trying to rectify my name on my account, they are absolutely rediculous. and worst of all send me a collection fee and collection letter, which I never received, for my account been paid up!!! oh yes, and nobody works at Edgars, they dont reply!!!!!!!
