Disgusting service

Im very disgusted and disappointed with the service at you store in Alberton. I bought a jacket for my son, the size was small I sent my daughter to return it and got a bigger size and it was still small . She then went to get a refund and She was told that She can’t refund It she can only get points. What the hell in Gods name is that. Am I at China here. I have a slip the jacket is still tagged and not worn besides fitting it. Please inform your store I will be coming in again personally tomorrow and better not bull**** me or that store will be closed down.

Please do training to your people as this is very much inconveniencing and irritating. I’m using my petrol to ****** do the up and downs for *********** inefficient staff. Your slip indicates at the back that I can change and the conditions now I must be going up and down for nonsense.
