disgusting service!!!

Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!! no answers to emails sent, phone lines are shoddy, i was on hold for 23 minutes when i eventually put the phone down, waiting for the consultant to give me answers!!! i placed my order 3 weeks ago, and up until now, not one. the customer services is non-existent, and disgusting!!!! shame on you edgars!!!!!
