Disgusting service at Edgar's Pavilion

My family and I visited the Pavilion branch this morning and that's the last time I will ever visit it! We were in the men's section and took 6 t-shirts which were hanging on the different racks but they were on the quadrant 'Take 3'. When we cashed up the cashier said that the one t-shirt isn't pet of the special as that one's more expensive. We said it's on the quadrant with that special price. She called the last who packs the clothing who vehemently denied that was there as she insisted that she packs it and that she knew where she had packed it! My husband and sons went to the said quadrant with her and she told them that the 2 lots in front were part of the special not the ones at the back. In the meantime the supervisor came up to register the discounts. The cashier the wanted to so 2 cash sales whereby the bank card would have to be swiped twice for whatever reason and we said no it's one purchase! When the packer came back she's still insisting that it must be sold at the right price. The supervisor then asked If it was on that rack or not as she would not discount if it wasn't. The packer said it was not. We asked for the manager who not only took his time to come upstairs but first visited the quadrant where his worker was waiting... all the time we were standing by the till. When he came to us he said that he would give it at the discounted price as if he's doing us a favour. All the interactions received from the 3 female staff was unmannerly and rude especially the cashier and packer. The manager then wanted to first continue with his story and still asked me if you could please finish story. We were standing there a good 10 minutes during which time we were made out to be ***** and spoken to in a condescending manner! And when the manager came he expected us to listen to him when he wasn't hearing what we were saying. Although he apologised, he didn't hear what we were saying because he was too busy hearing his own voice! We did it complete the transaction as they do not deserve our business?
