Disgusting service and ***** stars

Edgar's handed me over to att called ebnc. They called me offered me a 20% discount. The amount at the time was about just over R5 000 whiich I paid about R3000 + because of the 20% discount. Edgar's then said I owe them R5000 + I then said I paid my account requested a paid up letter. Never received one.

My account was then handed to nimble I send all the proof to nimble they advise I must take it up with Edgar's.

Ibhgve tried taking it up with edgars send the proof of payment they come back they cant help me. Im trying to clear my name because im in a process to buy a house and car i cant because of that one account

This has effected myy credit score so bad and the amount is growing

Please can I have it sorted by the end of the week. I will lay a formal complaint with the ombuds.
