Disgusting service

Absolutely pathetic service received at the gateway edgars store. I bought a phone, it took 5 mins to come on, when I told the consultant I don't want this phone, he gave me attitude and said the phone only take 1 minute, so I restarted and timed it. He then said its normal for it to take so long, The lady who initially assisted made me wait for a credit. I waited from 20:07 until 20:45 for someone to assist with the credit. They all had a don't care attitude. I had to approach the manager and tell him this is not on, it was a long wait. Please view footage.
