Disgusting service

We going on 6 weeks now! Still no order. Buy the time my order gets delivered it will be summer. And my children won't need winter clothes. For the last 3 weeks we get the same message sorry there is a back log it will be delivered this week. Why have a online section if it doesn't work. I have ordered from other companies and received my orders within a week and they also had back logged. When I placed my order with Edgar's i didn't even receive a mail confirming my order it took me 2 weeks to get someone to give me a order no. There is no means of tracking your order but call and hold on for 10 to 20 min. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! You took my money and it's not a small amount, but I have nothing. I want my money back as I can't wait any longer but I geuss that will also take 6 weeks. How is this possible.
