Disgusting Service

Placed online order on 05/05/2020, it is now the 29/05/2020, I have not received any feedback from them, When I call customer service, first of all I wait about 20 minutes before speaking to someone, I am then advised they have a delay with orders? Everyone is experiencing delays with orders but not this long of a delay? Terrible service. Atleast provide concrete feedback to your customers.
