Disgusting service
I bought underwear at Edgars Mall @Reds and being a loyal customer to the brand, I received the most shocking service yet. I bought my underwear on Sunday the 25th of March and I unfortunately had to return them on Tuesday the 27th. I spoke to Prudence and her attitude and service was appalling, she took my card and did something with my bank card and gave me a slip. My intention was to swap the items I bought for something else. This was highly poor of the manager I dealt with.
