Disgusting Service

The Edagrs call centre is the worst! The people that answer the phones are ****** useless and ****ing rude!!!! I called to enquire on my account, i explained my story and this lady was going around in circles. i explain again and she deliberately ignores me, i ask her if i am talking to myself and she "YES i think you are". What kind of ****en rude answer is this? She was so rude to me and did not even help me. I am so done with Edgars and their ****en high interest rates. I'm even cancelling my account because this terrible customer service i keep getting from the call centre. So disgusted!
