Disgusting call behaviour!

I have just received a 'courtesy' call from one of your agents. The call wasn't as courteous as it was supposed to be. I unfortunately am not 100% sure of his name but I think he said he is Rashaad.

He mentioned that the call is recorded, which I pray is true because I would like this call to be pulled!

He indicated its a courtesy call, thanked me for my payment. He didn't ask whether it was a good time for him to speak to me, which would have afforded me the chance to tell him I am at work.

He kept talking, while I attempted to get a word in to let him know that I am busy. When he finally gave me a chance to speak, which is part of telephone etiquette , I indicated that I was busy and politely asked that he call me back at a later stage.

He then rudely responded "well you should have just said so in the beginning" then continued to hang up the phone on my ear.

Firstly if you had given me a chance to speak instead of blabbing like a machine, you would have heard earlier in the call that I can't speak.

I would appreciate that his senior LISTEN to the call since it was recorded and give me a proper COURTESY call and address this outrageous behaviour!
