Disgusting Attitude Edgars Menlyn Branch

I was shopping at Edgars Menlyn branch stinking attitude of cashier Fhunu and dept manager Koketso, treating customers like we are desperate, I saw a dress with two prices on a tag, one price is 199.99, and the other is covered and shows 479.99, but the 4 is covered, only shows 79.99, when i get to the till it scans 179.99, when i indicate that to them they treat me like a complete idiot with no brains, they insist that the 4 is 1, to avoid charging 79.99, and they can clearly see the item was 479.99, and reduced to 199,99 then on the system is reduced again to 179.99, but the sticker shows 79.99, the manner in which they handled the issue and treat me like i dont know how to read, is utterly disgusting, it is such behaviours that makes us to choose other retailers with better service, its not just about price it about attitude and manner in which issue get resolved, If your employees dont understand the challenges retailers facing they would behave better not to lose even R1.00, I am disgusted
