DISGUSTING ADMIN

App**** for an account online, uploaded all relevant docs. Received phone calls several times stating docs were not received. After trying to upload every which way I told them to cancel application. Few weeks later received statement I owe them for the life cover on my account! Went into store - account was approved??? Got my card did a little shopping, paid my installment. Everything honky dory. Feb 2016 received sms' to upload my 3 latest payslip or 3 months banking statement. With payslip in tow I went to Pavilion to have my docs uploaded via the store. after approx 45 mins I was informed everything was done, my docs were received. 6 March 2016 tried to purchase on the account from Bluff branch - Account blocked - they had not received the docs- W.T.F!!!<br> <br> Most pathetic store to do business with, these people are not trained properly at their head office or wherever, I mean how many times does one have to send in docs- monthly??? On the 6th at the Bluff branch there were literally no cashiers available and there was a problem with the sytems. Most miserable shopping experience.<br> <br> I am 35 weeks pregnant standing in these ques for ages waiting for assistance, and finally - NOTHING!
