Disgusted with Manager at Edgars Liberty Mall

Absolutely Disgusted with the Manager i didnt get her name but she had long braids at Edgars Liberty Midlands Mall! I received a pair of Sissyboy jeans as a gift and i tried to return it at the mall and was given all sorts of pathetic excuses i was told i wore the jeans , it has been ironed and washed. Which is pathethic it was paid for in cash and they refused to have it returned for a refund. Its not the first time something like this has happend . I have been a account holder at edgars for years and i will be closing my account permanently! ! I was given the jeans with on of the tags being stapled and i get told all sorts of nonsense how can i even wear something that does not fit... extremly disgusting consumer services!!!!
