Disgusted poor workmanship, service attitude!

I am totally shocked with Edgars service I purchases a cell phone in January 2018 in November 2018 the phone didn't want to charge I sent it in for repairs it would take 6 weeks 8 weeks later you can come and collect your phone when going there the phone wasn't even sent away for repairs I am still without a phone needles to say that the gauarantee has now expired wonder what bull they are going to give me now and still without a phone! phoned the complaints department promised they would get back to me nos such luck who are they trying to fool!. I am actually going to insist on a new phone I might get it back what then? I would never recommend no matter what special they have to purchase any electronic good from Edgars totally disgusted in their staff, attetude. and service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
