Disgusted

I have paid off my account in August. I called in and requested all the extra billings like VIP club fee be removed from my account. I am now being charged R30pm to have an account even though I do not owe any money to Edgars. I have been trying to close this account, every number provided by the contact center is a dead end. Why should I pay a monthly fee to have an account if I am not using the account.
