Disgusted by Edgars online and delivery

I placed an order Thursday the 28 of November. Then received an email that the parcel is out for delivery. But yet still no delivery. Yesterday the 4th of December i get a mail that the delivery was made at 12. Guess what still no flippen delivery. The call center is just so *********** and keeps escalating the query and tell me it is still in te time frame. But they do not get the fact that it has been delivered but not to my adres. This is over R1000 and has been deducted from my account. Very poor service.
