DISGUSTED AND DISSATISFIED BY EDGARS, ******* THEY LEAVE OFF

I AM SICK TO MY STOMACH with EDGARS. They are a ******* its so disturbing , I have been their customers for over 7 years and even now after being being under the new management by this new company. I have been retrenched since 2020 due to Corona outbreak and all I can say is that their SUCH ******** and CANNOT UNDERSTAND TILL NOW WHY WHEN I pay out the account the money instead the arrears amount of decreasing every time is going up compared to the last time that I paid it off. Its been months and I try make means to pay it out but instead I am actually ****ED at this point and time. Their debt collection company is flippen USELESS. I had paid out 200.00 on the 31 Jan 22 to try decrease the balance I had from last month which was under 500.00 which had bought my balance to 360.00 when I spoke to a consultant at their debt collection consultant last week allredy I think on the 03rd of Feb. Now I just had another call from their same department now telling me I need to pay out 400 and something By end of this week and that just ****ed me me of bcos fisrtly I had communicated to them last week already that I am unemployed and I am trying my best to pay but anyway thats beside the point my CONCERN is why has the money gone up again in such a short space of time like I am so ****ED and would like to really know whats really happening because even their debtxollection couldnt give me a VALID EXPLANATION all they know is calling you and tell you you need to pay out money which they them-self cannot even breakdown and explain how it got there USELESS and their TERRIBLE phone lines. I am very Confused and need this matter to really be resolved and find a damn solution.
