refer to complaints dd 2 jul 09h15, 12 june 10h43 , 18 may 17h07 AND 18 AUGUST<br> 14 september<br> <br> I was disgusted to see my latest statement that I got today and my account has still not been sorted out.<br> In which year will this be done. From may todate and no-one within that company can do their work<br> FFS
