Disguised by Edgar’s Rcs

I have an Edgar’s account for many years after rcs taken over none of the staff can allocate my payment to my account numerous emails has sent with proof of payment there can see the payment made but it doesn’t reflect on my account such poor disguising service I’m now in arrears for something which is not my fault .
