disgracefull service

I have several times tried to get a 2 year statement from Edgars as we suspect someone buying on our account. You would call and hold on for 30 minutes with no success. I even went to the shop in Klerksdorp Matlosana mall and stood there for 30 minutes with them calling. I eventually left and Elen even logged an online request for edgars to email me the statement with no success.
