My 86 year old mother went to bayside mall yesterday to Edgar's to inquire about her account the glass sliding doors were closed only an enter and exit door was available but there was NO signage on the door to warn customers she walked slam bang into the door and fell hard on her back she is 86.... Do you think any one from Edgar's would assist her NO the wonderful bayside security help her sat with her till the medics and her family could get there.... When I arrived and went into the shop to inquire why the only put up warning signs after my poor mother walked into the door??? I was lot greeted unasked to see a manager the rude answer I got we don't have one and she carried on looking at herself phone. My blood was boiling NOBODY could as it me and o went off still no help I tried calling all the number for customer care was not able to get through... please get there staff to attend customer service classes clearly they have ZERO.
