Discount
I was promised discount by Vvm on the 02-01-2018 but they couldnt find the voice recording. I was at Bellville branch manager on duty Victor assist in matter. The gentleman from Vvm said if customer pay on the 03-01-2018 he will get discount of R3686.78 know they claimed i **** about the discount received. I was several times at Bellville branch then Victor phoned debt department regarding my discount that still show on Edgars screen i told 1 of the ladies that he is the person putting the customer on speaker phone while the gentleman told if i pay R8578.87 on the 03-01-2018 i will received discount. I pay the full amount but still received smses regarding my discount that is Now in arrears.
