DISAPPOITED & ****ED OFF

I bought a phone from them on the 21.05.2018 and on the 01.06.2018 the phone could not charge. I tried using the one that came with the phone and another one I have at home but they both didn't work to a point where the phone was flat and switched off. On the 03.06.2018 I took it back to the Edgars in Vangate mall Cape town and Naeema that works in the phone department assessed the phone and advised me that she will book it in after she had asked me if the phone fell to which I rep**** no. She further went on to advise me that if the Technicians found a fault which I had caused the phone will not be fixed. On the 13.06.2018 I received a call to say my phone was fixed and I can go and collect. When I got to the store I noticed that the phone had dents and it was damaged where u insert the charger. The Naeema that booked it in was not there and I was advised that she would be called to find out the condition the phone was in when she booked it. She confirmed that there was no visible damages and the form she completed also indicated that there was no visible damage. I was then advised that the technicians would have to confirm same and its up to them to decide what is going to happen with the phone and I was told that they 'might fix it' . My question is how am I going to give them a phone with no dents and receive a phone that they damaged themselves. I am now sitting phoneless for 2 weeks because Edgars cannot make a decision. I have been sent from pillar to post by people that don't know how to treat their customers
