DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

Really disappointing. A week ago, I went to the the store to close off my account; I paid what I was told was the settlement if balance. And subsequently was ushered to a phone close by to confirm the closure with I assume the relevant department; the lady was told we have to wait for the systems to update and for the payment to reflect on their side and only then can I proceed with the closure- Did not make sense; but took it and left.About a week later when attempting once again the closure am told the account accrued charges R3 and some cents which I will need to pay before closing off the account. Are you kidding me; am *****ed because your system aren’t synchronized and I will have to waste petrol airtime and more bank charges just for your measly R3. Am really disappointed that you are this disorganized and I need my account closed all other services linked to be closed. I want nothing to do with you. Just close the account!!
