Disappointing Quality: Shoes Damaged After Only Two Wears

On October 13, 2024, I purchased a pair of shoes, expecting them to be durable and high quality. However, after wearing the shoes just twice, the straps that hold the shoe together came off, leaving them unwearable. I am incredibly disappointed, as I had anticipated these shoes to last much longer than just two outings.

Considering the short lifespan of these shoes, I believe there is a quality issue that needs to be addressed. I would like to request assistance with either a replacement or a refund, as the product did not meet even the most basic durability expectations.
