Disappointing quality

On Monday 5 April I visited your Edgars Joburg CBD (cnr Pritchard & Joubert str) store and purchased a MANGO dress amongst other items. On Sunday 11 April I wore the dress for the first time, this morning when I was about to do my laundry I noticed that the fabric is loose on the side and the back of the dress. I even ended up not washing the dress due to concerns that the dress might get torn because of the type of material of the dress. The dress is relatively new and I seek recourse with regards to this, MANGO is one of the trusted brands I love buying at your stores and the quality of this specific dress has really disappointed me.

Kindly advise on steps to take to get an exchange or refund for the dress.
