Disappointing online service

I am utterly disgusted at the level of your online services. I ordered something online only to be told that it will only be delivered in SEVEN DAYS....SEVEN FLIPPEN DAYS!!!! Does that make sense to you, why would I wait for seven days???Why is it that all other stores that offer this online option deliver within TWO DAYS and you take SEVEN --- do you think that is acceptable????Are you not aware that the ONLINE SERVICE is meant for convenience purposes - now what convenience is it that I have to wait for SEVEN DAYS just for my item to be delivered. Either you cancel or DELIVER THE GIFT OR ARRANGE FOR IN-STORE COLLECTION AT NEARBY BRANCHES!!!! <br> <br> To think I even called this morning to address the matter only to get to yet another dead-end.<br>
