Disappointing customer service
Purchased a Phillips clipper yesterday not realizing it was corded and did provide for a rechargeable battery option. My mistake was opening the package before realizing this. Took the device to Sandton branch but the manager was rather unhelpful and advised that nothing could be done to assist. Rather disappointing customer service. Perhaps not surprising that edgars has seen a decline in financial performance over the years.
