Disappointing attitude Edgars Northgate

Once I got in at Edgars Northgate, I was followed by your staff and escorted to the cashier where I paid while your staff is watching, after paying, he asked for the receipt which I gave to him but he still spent around 5 minutes looking at the receipt (I don't know if he was struggling to understand the receipt or what). I find this behaviour extremely disappointing, demeaning and displaying lack of professionalism. I had to return the item immediately because of the treatment I received from your staff.
