Disappointing and Poor Service Edgars!

Horrified with the service, Have tried to close my account and my account is still open. Been a loyal customer with payments and have recieved a bad credit record due to them not closing my account. Never new it was still open and have been billed every time with cell c contracts, funeral cover etc which i have not even agreed too! this is R300 a month of subscriptions on my account which i never knew about. Tried contacting them as well as RCS, got through to numerous people which advised the account would be closed and letter will be sent. However still nothing!! This has been on going for months. I have always paid my bills and due to this disappointing company I am unable to receive any finance!
