Disappointing
I needed to get work shoes for my husband urgently and stood in a long month end que just to be told that my account is on hold. Nothing was wrong with my account when I paid it last week. I went to customer service and was told that my account is on hold due to FICA and as my husband had to go all the way to our car to retrieve my barcoded ID and my parking tally growing for the delay just to be told that they cannot help me now and that they cannot transact the items as FICA department closed. I had to leave the 3 pairs of shoes which was on special and a popular size which I will not get again when I go back. To top it off I was sent via SMS a R50 voucher for my birthday which I wanted to use and guess what? It expires tomorrow!!! Sad Sad Sad service!!!
