Disappointed!Disappointed - Edgars worst service provider ever.
Edgars continues to disappoint me again. I don’t know how many times I have been trying to get my payment updated in my account not to mention several emails I sent to them with a proof of payment requesting for them to sort this query out.This payment was made in April and today it’s the 1st of June still NOTHING!!! Please could you tell me what more do I need to do because your call center is useless spoke to Anna Ncube who promised that manager by the name is Sello Moloi is going to call me back till now have not received any call.. YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!!! Please can someone who knows what they doing call me

04 Jun 2020, 15:45Edgars I’m still awaiting feedback on query. Your Service is pathetic have never seen anything like this. You guys told me to forward email through to customer relations it’s been 4 days no response. Please CAN SOMEONE attend to this.
