Disappointed EDGARS GATEWAY UMHLANGA

I write this review with complete disappointment on behalf of my dad and myself. we have been customers of edgars for many years . This email is directed specifically to Edgars at the Gateway Mall umhlanga. Its solely directed to the unhelpful, most un accommodating staff members. Id like to know is this the customer service you offer , ??is this how you treat your customers, an elderly man ?where is your ethics? Is this the customer service we should expect from a so called reputable company?? Is listening to your customers not the first and utmost importance?dismissing him and not showing any sort of help is truly shameful.id expect better from edgars and the staff members .id like if someone from edgars can contact me and we can discuss the item in question and the way forward.
