Disappointed customer

I was very disappointed with the service and "new policies" of Edgars canal walk. I bought a beautiful bikini 2 days ago. Unfortunately the Bottoms were too small so tried to return them. I tried the bottoms on over my underwear and left the hygiene sticker on it.

When I went to exchange the Bottoms for a bigger size. They would not let me try on a bigger size then I am not allowed to exchange them to try them on at home. So I have 2 bikini Bottoms and 1 bikini top now.

I understand the hygiene issue but how the hell am I supposed to know my Bottoms didn't fit until I got home then when I want to try on a bigger size in store to avoid exchanging the costume I'm not allowed to. This makes no sense.
