Disappointed customer

Been an Edgar's customer for almost 10 years if not more loyal paying customer I'm I'm disappointed that they decided 2 list me for short payment after I made so call arrangement with their consultant on how much I will pay monthly I mean I'm not using account I'm.paying it off 2 close it its small amount but no RSC team decides 2 put my name of credit bureau as a slow payer
