Disappointed customer

I bought Elizabeth Adern products from Edgars about 2 months ago. The product didn't work for me in fact they made my Face worse!! I went there to complain more than 3 times but they kept saying that my Face is just reacting to the products I must keep using them they will go used to my skin. My face got even worse! Until I decided to stop using them . The last time I went there to return the products , they told me they want proof of payment. I threw the receipt away so I told the lady I'll go get a bank statement because I used my bank card to purchase. She told me that their policies are very strict they want the actual receipt. Like I spent R1040.00 on those products and all they did was let me fill in an allergic reaction from and they say they were going to get back to me IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER I've never heard from them, the products were bought in JULY IMAGINE!!! I AM VERY DISAPIONTED BY THIER SERVICE. They never do a follow up on thier customers if they complain.
