Disappointed and frustrated

Frustrated and disappointed with the service received from the call centre and accounts department. It's been two weeks that I have been continuously emailing and calling with no joy they promise to get back to you within 48 hours but never do ...I have provided them with all details that they requested and still no help.they need to reimburse me and have been giving me different stories and making me run in circles ..I'm hoping I get some help here ..
