Disappointed and angry

I am so ****ed and disappointed at Edgar's in Richard's Bay. I did a labye last month and decided to cancel it before expiry date and they are now refusing to give me my money back and forcing me to take a gift card. What on earth am I going to do with that gift card because there is nothing that I want to purchase there at the moment. I am very angry because I spent money going there since there is no Edgar's where I'm staying and I had to borrow money to go back home, imagine. My heart is so broken by this doing. It is not even written in their terms and conditions policy on the slip that if you decide to cancel you get a gift card. ****ed ****ed and 😠 😡.
