Disappointed

Edgars insurance is the worst took my fone to Edgars van der Walt in November 2018 and nobody explained or advised that an excess amount needs to be paid before they can repair my fone in March 20th I made a payment and sent proof of payment nothing was done I called in on the 3rd of April to check whats happening I was told they didn't receive my proof of payment I sent it through again till they confirmed that they received it,weeks later I call in to check my fone I'm told that it has been booked for repairs after several calls on 2019.May.10 I called in again and was told that the fone is still in storage and not booked in for repairs very disappointed in the service
