Difficulty closing my Edgar's account

For the past 2 days I have called ***, only got as far as confirming my ID number then the line gets cut. I want to close my Edgar's account. I paid the balance as per my current statement. I even sent through an email to edg******* and still no feedback. I don't want any further charges to accrue but I can not get a hold of anyone to assist me. - Very frustrated
