Difficulty closing Edgars Account

Good day,

I have a challenge in closing my edgars account. Edgars is sending me from pillar to post when I try to close my account.

So, I went to the store to pay the remaining balance and I requested the teller to close my account immediately. I was told that it only take couple of days to be closed. Then I found out from another shop that my account is still active, I've also received a message from Edgars telling me that I have credit on my account.

When I go to the shop to make an inquiry, they called the customer line then I was told that there's money on my account that must be refunded to me. They gave me an email address to request for a refund, but there was still nothing.

I'm so disappointed with Edgars, I'm a long standing customer of that shop but now when I want to leave, Ive been treated like this.
