didn't receive R500 off

hi there

i was at edgars cape gate - i bought a pair of sunglasses at sunglass hut

I paid 2190 - I remember getting an email about if i spend more than 2000 at sunglass hut i get 500 off - I asked the sales assistent and he said no - it has to be more than 2400 - i have found the message where i can confirm that i should of got R500 off

this is quite disappointing that the sales consultants do not know what promotions you are running and that i paid full price and never got the R500 - please rectify
