Did not get service

I went into the store yesterday 4th of April 2015 looking for a phone and none of your consultants assist me. I then looked through what you have and asked if you had any stock of which I was told no! I then returned today to find only 1 consultant at the cell phone counter the second one then came and I asked her to check for me on the system which stores have the make that I want she than told me to rather wait for Dumisane to get done with the current customer to assit me. As I was waiting a white gentleman joined the que behind me,the lady then came back saying she's looking for numbers she'll be back. Dumisane then got done with customer and I had seen another phone I wanted as the one I intialy wanted was out of stock. He then told me no he had to assist the white gentleman before me an the lady is calling another store,I then told him no I want another phone n he brushed me off and continued to help the gentleman whoas purchasing a phone that merely cost R180,I wanted a r5000 phone but was not good enough to be served before the white man! He then left and I asked dumisane about the other phone n he just walked away on me. Appauling service really!!
