Deteriorating quality
I am very disappointed at the quality of Edgars clothing. I bought a jacket and in less than two months it is already tearing. I went to the Edgars at Balfour Shopping center and I was told that I need I can return the item for quality assessment as long as it has not exceeded 60 days, when I returned the item at Wonderboom Edgars I was told that goods can only be returned within a month. This is not the first time I bought jackets from Edgars and every time the same thing happens , just that I have never attempted to return others. To think that one has to pay so much money for such bad quality.

We can only refund or exchange provided that there is a proof of purchase, the item is in its original condition and it is still within 30 days. However, for branded merchandise with a quality defect, they need to be returned within 6 months for a quality assessment.
