Destroying my credit rating for being a loyal client!

<p>Okay. So, about 4 months ago I app**** for credit with Edgars to build up my credit score as I'm 22 and I've never had credit before. The deal was, for R5000.00 I would pay back R430.00 every month for 12 months (interest included). Last month I paid the account 5 days late due to stuff up with my bank. Today I get a call saying that my account is +- R2500.00 in arrears and that I have been taken to the credit burea. When I asked for an explanation as to how I could possibly owe that much, I was told in a very rude manner that "I can't tell you what you did, this is what the system says, you must ask customer support". I should of just gotten a Mr Price account. Be wary of these "systems".</p>
