Department closed early
On Saturday, 30 January 2016, two of my friends was at the store having their eyebrows waxed and tinted at 19:24. I wanted mine done as well, so my friends asked the gentleman performing the treatment what time does he close. He informed them that he was there till 21:00 the evening. I arrived in the store at his work area at 20:33, he then informed me that he had packed up already and that his usually their only till 20:00. If this was the case then why did he give false information. Instead I wasted my time, petrol and money on parking. Terrible service. I cannot believe he made me drive all the way from Pinelands for nothing. I tried calling the store there after, even at this very moment, but nobody seems to answer the telephone.
