delivery of online purchases.

i had a problem with an online delivery with the Edgars online new courier services they were using. After going back and forth and promises that every new day would be my delivery day i was eventually told that i signed and received my delivery which I did not and once i did a review on hellopeter I was contacted and told that they were investigating and my delivery arrived. the packaging was opened but he contents were fine so not sure if the new delivery services delivered my goods to the wrong people but no receipt signature was supp**** when I requested it before. However it was all fine and I thank Hellopeter for the enquiry.
