Delivery

<p>I placed an order on Edgars website on 16/12/2016 and my parcel was handed over to Fast and Furious couriers on 19/12/2016. The parcel was scheduled for delivery on 22/12/2016 and the driver did not pitch. I phones Fast couriers and they told me the driver was late with his deliveries and could not deliver, they told me that the parcel was in the holding cell on 23/12/2016 it was not allocated to a driver for deliver. I phoned Edgars and escalated via email and the agent placed me on hold for 40 minutes eventually I hung up, the email response was that I should follow up with the courier because the parcel has been handed over to them. I sent Edgars another email this morning stating that I made a purchase from them and not Fast couriers, they should do the follow up, they sent me the same response that I should follow up with the courier because the parcel has been handed over to them. I want my order today and not a day later or my money back, I have spent a lot of money calling fast and furious and they are placing me on holding and hang up after a long wait. I called the for the fifth time and they told me the parcel is at their depo it has not been allocated to a driver. Edgars must deal with this, I want what I have ordered if there's no delivery today I want my money back, I have been patient for too long. Order number ********** 86</p>
